Progressive Slot
I'd been driving truck for twenty-three years, and that morning I was exhausted from a twelve-hour haul. Decided to stop at Choctaw Travel Plaza to grab coffee and stretch my legs. Figured I'd throw fifty bucks at the slots just to kill some time before heading back out. When that jackpot hit, I actually thought the machine was broken at first—the lights and sounds were so loud I couldn't think straight. My hands were shaking so bad I could barely hit the button to call the attendant. I'm using half to pay off my truck loan early and taking my wife on the cruise she's been talking about for years.
